These terms apply to your use of the Sake Zen website, and to reservations and dining at Sake Zen, 56/47 Neridah Street, Chatswood NSW 2067. Sake Zen is operated under ABN 84 061 237 741 (“Sake Zen”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use our website.

本規約は、Sake Zenのウェブサイトのご利用、ならびに56/47 Neridah Street, Chatswood NSW 2067のSake Zenにおけるご予約およびお食事に適用されます。Sake ZenはABN 84 061 237 741のもとで運営されています（以下「当店」）。

You’re welcome to browse our website for your own personal use. When you do, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• interfere with its security or operation, or try to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code;
• copy, scrape or harvest its content or data using automated tools; or
• send us spam, or submit false or misleading bookings or enquiries.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time, without notice.

Our menus change with the seasons and the availability of produce. Menus, prices, opening hours and events shown on our website are a guide only and may change without notice. The menu and prices at the restaurant on the day of your visit apply.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Any surcharges that apply, such as on public holidays, will be clearly displayed on the menu or told to you before you order. Photographs are for illustration, and dishes may be presented differently.

価格はオーストラリアドル表示で、別途記載のない限りGST（物品サービス税）を含みます。祝日料金などのサーチャージが適用される場合は、メニューに明記するか、ご注文前にお知らせします。写真はイメージであり、実際の盛り付けとは異なる場合があります。

• Booking. You can book online through our reservation provider or by calling us. Please give accurate details, including your contact number and the number of guests. Online bookings are also subject to our reservation provider’s own terms.
• Arriving late. Please arrive on time. If you’re running late, call us on 0452 257 787 so we can hold your table. We may release tables for guests who arrive late without letting us know.
• Dining times. To look after every guest, a table may be booked for a set dining time. We will let you know when you book or when you arrive.
• Changes and cancellations. If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible, so we can offer your table to other guests.
• Groups and events. Bookings for larger groups and private events may require a set menu, a deposit or other conditions. We will confirm these with you in writing before your booking is final.
• If we need to change your booking. On rare occasions, such as an emergency, power outage or other circumstances beyond our control, we may need to change or cancel a reservation. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as we can, help you rebook and refund any deposit you have paid.

• ご予約方法：オンラインの予約サービス、またはお電話でご予約いただけます。ご連絡先の電話番号やご人数など、正確な情報をご提供ください。オンライン予約には、予約サービス提供会社の規約も適用されます。
• 遅れる場合：ご予約の時間にお越しください。遅れる場合は、お席をお取り置きできるよう0452 257 787までお電話ください。ご連絡なく遅れてご来店された場合、お席を解放させていただくことがあります。
• ご利用時間：すべてのお客様に快適にお過ごしいただくため、お席のご利用時間を設定させていただく場合があります。ご予約時またはご来店時にお知らせします。
• 変更・キャンセル：ご予定が変わった場合は、他のお客様にお席をご案内できるよう、できるだけ早めにご連絡ください。
• 団体・イベント：大人数でのご予約や貸切イベントでは、コース料理のご注文、デポジット、その他の条件をお願いする場合があります。ご予約確定前に、書面にてご確認いたします。
• 当店の都合によるご予約の変更：緊急事態、停電、その他当店の管理が及ばない事情により、まれにご予約の変更またはキャンセルをお願いする場合があります。その際は速やかにご連絡し、再予約のお手伝いをするとともに、お支払い済みのデポジットは返金いたします。

• Adults only. Sake Zen is an 18+ venue. All guests must be 18 or over, and we may ask for photo ID. We may refuse entry to anyone who cannot show valid ID when asked.
• Responsible service of alcohol. We are a licensed venue and follow NSW liquor laws. We will not serve alcohol to anyone under 18 or who is intoxicated, and we may refuse service or ask a guest to leave where the law requires it.
• No BYO. We are fully licensed with our own sake, wine and drinks list, so outside alcohol is not permitted.
• Celebration cakes. You’re welcome to bring a cake to mark an occasion. A cakeage fee may apply; our team will let you know when you book.
• Conduct. We want everyone to enjoy their evening. We may refuse entry or service, or ask a guest to leave, if their behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive to other guests or our team.
• Belongings. Please keep your belongings with you. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings, unless it is caused by our negligence.

• 18歳以上限定：Sake Zenは18歳以上の方のみご入店いただけます。写真付き身分証明書のご提示をお願いする場合があり、有効な身分証明書をご提示いただけない場合はご入店をお断りすることがあります。
• 酒類の責任ある提供：当店は酒類提供の許可を受けた店舗として、NSW州の酒類に関する法令を遵守しています。18歳未満の方や酩酊状態の方には酒類を提供せず、法令により必要な場合は、サービスをお断りしたり、ご退店をお願いしたりすることがあります。
• お酒の持ち込み不可：当店は日本酒、ワイン、その他のドリンクを取り揃えているため、お酒のお持ち込みはご遠慮いただいております。
• お祝いのケーキ：記念日などのケーキはお持ち込みいただけます。持ち込み料がかかる場合がありますので、ご予約時にスタッフからご案内します。
• マナー：すべてのお客様に楽しい時間をお過ごしいただくため、安全を脅かす行為、暴言、または他のお客様やスタッフの迷惑となる行為があった場合は、ご入店やサービスをお断りしたり、ご退店をお願いしたりすることがあります。
• お手荷物：お手荷物はお客様ご自身で管理をお願いします。法令で認められる範囲において、当店の過失による場合を除き、お客様の所持品の紛失や破損について当店は責任を負いません。

If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please tell us when you book and remind our team when you arrive, before you order.

Our kitchen handles many common allergens (Japanese cooking relies especially on fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, wheat and egg), and many dishes are prepared with shared equipment. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from allergens or traces of them. If you have a severe allergy, please speak with our team before ordering.

Some of our dishes, such as sashimi and sushi, contain raw or lightly cooked fish and seafood. Eating raw or undercooked food may increase the risk of foodborne illness, particularly for people who are pregnant, elderly or have a weakened immune system.

アレルギーや食事制限がある場合は、ご予約時にお知らせいただき、ご来店時のご注文前にもスタッフにお伝えください。

当店の厨房では多くの一般的なアレルゲンを扱っており（特に和食では、魚、甲殻類・貝類、大豆、ごま、小麦、卵を多く使用します）、多くの料理で調理器具を共用しています。細心の注意を払っておりますが、いかなる料理についても、アレルゲンやその微量成分が含まれていないことを保証することはできません。重度のアレルギーをお持ちの方は、ご注文前にスタッフにご相談ください。

刺身や寿司など一部の料理には、生または軽く加熱した魚介類が含まれます。生または加熱が不十分な食品の摂取は、特に妊娠中の方、ご高齢の方、免疫力が低下している方にとって、食中毒のリスクを高める可能性があります。

The content of our website, including its text, photographs, graphics, design, and the Sake Zen name and logo, is owned by us or used under licence. You may view and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

You’re very welcome to share photos you take while dining with us on social media. We’d love it if you tag @sakezen.

We value your feedback. When you send us feedback, suggestions or other submissions, you allow us to use them to improve our food and service, without any obligation to you. We will not publish your name alongside your feedback without your permission.

If anything about your meal or visit isn’t right, please tell us while you’re with us, so we have the chance to put it right.
